Recipe Feeder
1 lb Italian turkey sausage casing removed, cooked & crumbled
3 cups ziti or other tubular-shaped pasta cooked and drained
1 Container (15 ounces) Ricotta cheese
1 Can (8 ounces) Italian-flavored tomato sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
1 Package (8 ounces) Mozzarella cheese shredded, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cooked sausage, cooked ziti, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses and half of the shredded Mozzarella; stir to blend.
Spoon pasta mixture into a buttered shallow 2-quart casserole; drizzle with tomato sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and hot. Uncover and bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
