Recipe Feeder
8 oz. semolina
1 egg
1 tsp. olive oil

Place semolina and egg in blender or food processor; process until dough forms. Add oil; process until dough is slightly firm. More or less flour can be added as needed to achieve proper consistency. Wrap dough in plastic wrap; let rest for 1 hour. Roll out dough to desired thickness; cut into 2-in. circles or other suitable shapes.
