Baked fish
Preheat oven to 500F
Grease 13"X9"X2" baking pan
1 1/2 to 2 lbs pike fillets
Salt and pepper
Flour or Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
4 generous servings
Season fillets with salt and pepper; dip in flour. Place in baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
