6 frying peppers, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds sweet Italian sausage, sliced
1 28-ounce jar Ragú Hearty Pasta Sauce
12 ounces rotelle, cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Servings: 8
In a large skillet, sauté peppers and garlic in oil until peppers are tender. Remove and set aside. Add sausage; brown thoroughly. Drain fat. In a large bowl, combine sausage, sautéed peppers, sauce and rotelle. Spoon into a 13 × 9-inch baking dish. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses. Bake 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.

Serves 6-8.
