Servings:
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 27 1/2-ounce jar Ragú Light Pasta Sauce
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, parsley and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in olive oil; drain fat. Add sauce; cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve sauce and meatballs over hot spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese.
