2 tbl. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 oz. pkg. turkey cutlets
2 tbl. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbl. chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 tablelspoon fresh lemon juice
1 lemon sliced

Combine flour and next 2 ingredients in a shallow dish; dredge turkey cutlets in four mixture, shaking off excess.
Cook cutlets in hot oil in large skillet over med-high heat, 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Reduce heat to med-low. Add minced garlic and basil to skillet, and saute 45 seconds. Add 1/2 cup wine, 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, and lemon slices; cook stirring to loosen particles from bottom of skillet. Return cutlets to pan; cook just until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.

3 oz. pkg. refrigerated finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 whipping cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Hot Linguine
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss with hot cooked pasta
