Penne With Tomatoes, Ham And Cheese

Ingredients:
500g canned whole tomatoes
7 slices of Prague ham
leek
olive oil
sea salt, black pepper
balsamic vinegar
400g of Penne pasta
basil
cheese

Use a large pan to put some olive oil, a few leek roundels and sliced ham. After they have reddened put them on a plate. Then, in the same pan add some olive oil and the tomatoes. Season with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and basil. Leave it a few minutes until the sauce it hot.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water. After they're boiled, wash them with cold water, put them in a big bowl and sprinkle with olive oil.
All that's left to do is to sit down and serve the pasta with sauce, ham, grated cheese, and sprinkled balsamic vinegar.
