Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:
1 Packet Angel Hair Pasta
1 Bottle Tomato Sauce
1 Packet Fresh Baby Spinach - Rinsed
1 Packet Sliced Fresh Mushrooms - Rinsed
7-8 Cloves Fresh Garlic - Finely Chopped (or 1 to 2 tbsp. Garlic Powder)
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted, oiled water until al dente. Drain.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic, and cook for about 1 minute.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms. Saute until golden - about 5 minutes.
4. Add the fresh spinach. Saute for 5 minutes.
5. Add the tomato sauce and the cooked pasta. Mix well, and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
