2 sticks or 1 packet Betty Crocker pie crust mix
1 tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. shredded orange peel
1 tbsp. orange juice
Orange Glaze

Heat oven to 425F. Prepare pastry for 8" Two-crust Pie as directed on package except - add 1 tbsp. orange peel. Mix remaining ingredients except Orange Glaze. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Cut second half of pastry into eight 1/2" strips.

Place four pastry strips 1" apart across filling. Beginning at side, weave first cross strip, folding back alternate strips going the other way. Continue weaving until lattice is complete.

Fold lower crust over ends of pastry strips, building up edge; seal and flute. Cover edge with 2 to 3" strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil last 15 minutes of baking. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Spoon Orange Glaze over warm pie.
