Pecan pie

2 eggs beaten
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup pecans

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 30 minutes longer or until knife comes out clean.
