Cranberry tart
Preheat oven to 350F
Lightly oil 9" tart or springform pan.
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup margarine, softened
3 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
1/3 cup light cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
1 cup whole cranberry sauce, drained
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

8 servings
Combine flour, wheat germ, margarine, brown sugar and baking soda; stir until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add water and mix well.
Press into bottom and 1/4" up sides of pan.
Bake 20 to 22 mintues or until golden brown.
Combine cheeses, sugar and orange peel.
Spread this mixture onto crust.
Next mix whole cranberry sauce with marmalade and spread over cheeses.
Decorate with orange peel.
Chill for 2 hours.
