1/2 cup cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup green creme de menthe
1 7 1/2-ounce jar Marshmallow Fluff®
1 1/2 cups heavy or whipping cream
1 Chocolate Crumb Crust
Servings: 10
In medium saucepan combine water and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat. Stir in creme de menthe and Fluff®. Chill until mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into thickened gelatin. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set.
