Preheat oven to 325F to 350F
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 tbsp flour
1 cup brown sugar

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat egg slightly.
Mix egg with dry ingredients and all other ingredients.
Boil until thick (stirring constantly).
Put in unbaked tart shells and bake until shells are light to golden brown.
