Pumpkin Pie
2 cups pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 cups milk
1 9" pie
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350F for approx. 45 minutes to 1 hour, until baked.
