1 envelope (about 1 1/2 oz) onion soup mix
5 lb pork loin roast
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Gold Medal flour

Place 30x8" piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan; sprinkle soup mix in center of foil. Trim excess fat from meat. Place meat fat side down on soup mix. Fold foil over and seal securely. Cook 3 1/2 hours.

Open foil wrap; remove meat to warm platter. Measure dripping sand add enough water to measure 2 cups. Pour liquid into pan. Blend 1/2 cup water and the flour; stir into liquid in pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.
