Heat oven to 350F. Trim fat from 8 pork chops, 1 1/2" thick. Place chops in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1". Top each chop with 1 thin onion slice and 1 thin lemon slice. Spoon 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp ketchup on each chop.

Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours. Uncover; baste chops and bake 30 minutes longer, basing occasionally to glaze chops. Watch carefully during last 30 minutes.
