Trim fat from... 6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
Grease large skillet with fat. Cook chops in skillet over medium heat until brown on both sides. Drain off fat.

Sprinkle chops with... 1 tsp. salt
Top each chop with... 1 onion slice
Stir together in bowl... 1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/2 tsp. allspice, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 cup water.

Pour orange juice mixture into skillet. Heat to boiling. Lower heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes.

Arrange on pork chops... 1 can (23 oz) vacuum-packed sweet potatoes, drained, 6 thin orange slices

Cover; cook 15 minutes longer or until potatoes are heated through.
