Pork & macaroni casserole
Preheat oven to 400F
1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni
1 14oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 10oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 envelope Shake 'n' Bake crispy pork coating mix
6 pork chops
parmesan cheese (optional)
4 to 6 servings
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Combine macaroni, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, water and green pepper in 13"x9" casserole.
Mix well.
Coat pork chops with coating mix as directed on package.
Place on top of pasta.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle parmesan on chops if desired and continue baking for additional 5 minutes.
