3# pkg. country-style spareribs
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
1/4 cup brown sugar blend or substitute
1 can condensed French onion soup

Place raw ribs in baking dish.

Spread sauerkraut evenly over ribs.

Sprinkle with no-carb brown sweetener.

Pour undiluted soup evenly over all.

Bake at 350° (175C) for 2½ - 3 hours until pork is falling-apart done.
