4 whole chicken breasts (boneless)
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) grated swiss cheese
1/4 lb. diced salami
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 egg
1 pkg. 3 oz. chicken coating mix
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk

Put chicken pieces between two pieces of wax paper and pound with a mallet until 1/4" thick. Set aside.
Mix 1 cup cheese, salami and onion.
Put some on each piece of chicken. Roll and fasten with toothpick.
Dip chicken in beaten egg. Roll in coating mix.
Place in 9x13" greased casserole.
Bake 40 minutes at 400F.

Sauce:
Melt margarine. Stir in flour until bubbly and smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Remove from heat and stir until melted. Serve over baked chicken.
