3 lb. chicken legs and breasts or 6 single chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Wash and dry chicken pieces. Melt butter in a shallow baking pan. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry powder until smooth. Roll chicken pieces in butter mixture to coat both sides. Arrange meaty side up in the baking pan and bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until tender and richly glazed. Baste several times during baking. Any sauce left in pan may be used as a dip for the chicken pieces.
