3 lb broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Heat oven to 425F. Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter, then coat with cheese mixture.

Place chicken skin side down in greased baking pan, 13x9x2". Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes longer or until tender. Cool. Serve chilled.
