2 Chickens, Cut Up
3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
2 Lemons, Juiced
1 Green Pepper, Sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
1 can Tomato Sauce
1/3 cup Cooking Oil
4 tablespoon Capers
1 cup Petit Pois
2 tablespoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 cup White Wine, Dry
1 pound Potatoes

Marinate chicken with lemon juice, garlic, onion and green pepper. Heat the oil and saute the chicken. Add the onion, green pepper, and lemon juice from the marinade, and then add the tomato sauce, petit pois, wine, salt and black pepper. When almost done add the potatoes and finish cooking.
