Recipe Feeder
INGREDIENTS

300 g (1 1/2 cups) dark chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons milk
6 egg yolks
100 g (scant 1/4 cup) confectioner's sugar
500 ml (2 cups) thickened cream
Fresh berries (optional) to serve

DIRECTIONS:

Place chocolate and milk in a heat proof bowl, set over a
saucepan of boiling water and stir constantly until melted
and smooth (mixture will be quite thick).

Remove and cool slightly. Place yolks and sugar in a large
bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 5 minutes, until
thick and creamy.

Beat cream with an electric mixer in a bowl then gently fold
through chocolate mixture with a spatula until just
combined.

Spoon into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity dishes and chill for 4
hours, until set. Serve with fresh berries if desired.

Serves - 12 Preparation Time - 15 minutes Cooking time - 5
minutes Chilling time - 4 hours

This recipe is so decadent and be sure to save some for the next day...it just keeps getting better the longer it's chilled.
