here it is..Artichoke DipINGREDIENTS:1 can artichoke hearts, drained, about 14 to 15 ounces2 tablespoons finely chopped onion1/3 cup mayonnaisejuice of 1/2 lemon, about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste4 slices bacon, cooked, drained, crumbledsalt and pepper, to tastePREPARATION:Drain and mash the artichoke hearts; combine well with the onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and cayenne. Add the crumbled bacon to the artichoke mixture. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired. Chill before serving.Makes about 1 1/2 cups.

Crock Pot Artichoke DipThis recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. It is so delicious! 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded1 cup parmesan cheese, grated1 cup mayonnaise1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 red pepper, seeded and chopped2 garlic cloves, minced Put all ingredients into crock pot and stir.Cook on high for 1 hour.
