Fruit Salad Dressing

Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
Grated peel and juice of 1 lime
Grated peel and juice of 1 orange
1 egg
1 cup sugar
about 1 1/2 cups
In medium saucepan, stir together grated peel and juice of fruits, egg, and sugar.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Cool; cover and refrigerate.

*For a creamy dressing fold in 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped.
