1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pint mayonnaise
8 ounces ketchup
6 ounces sweet pickle relish
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
worcestershire sauce, to taste
Servings: 32
1. Combine the vinegar and sugar; stir to dissolve the sugar.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3. Adjust the seasonings with the salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Yield: 1 quart (1 liter)
