2 cans (5 oz each) boned chicken, cut up
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp. minced green onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup crushed potato chips
Crisp lettuce leaves
Melon wedges

In bowl, toss chicken, celery, green pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Cover and chill. Just before serving, mix in potato chips. Serve salad on lettuce leaves; garnish with melon wedges and strawberries.
