1 cup bite-sized pieces lettuce
1 cup bite-sized pieces romaine
1/2 cup bite-sized pieces watercress
1 1/2 cups cut up cooked lobster, crabmeat, shrimp, chicken, or turkey
1/2 cup chopped green onions
4 large pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 grapefruit, pared and sectioned
1 ripe medium avocado
1/4 to 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
Salt
4 large tomatoes
Crisp lettuce cups

In a large bowl, toss greens, lobster, onions, olives and grapefruit; chill. Peel avocado and cut into cubes. Add avocado and mayonnaise to lobster mixture; toss. Season with salt. Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Place 3 or 4 slices in each lettuce cup; top with lobster mixture.
