Chicken Salad
Preheat oven to 450F
2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
2 cups thinly sliced celery
1 cup croutons
1 cup mayonaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped or slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or swiss cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
6 servings
Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Spoon into 6 ungreased 1-cup baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
Bake uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
