Avocado salad
1 small head lettuce, washed and chilled
1 ripe small avocado
1/2 cup bottled creamy italian salad dressing
5 servings
Into bowl, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces (4 cups).
Cut avocado lengthwise in half.
Remove pit; peel and slice crosswise into bowl.
Pour salad dressing over lettuce and toss.
Divide mixture among 5 individual salad bowls.
