Ingredients
1 cup bow tie pasta
12oz raw tuna filet
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup frozen petite peas, thawed
1 bag (5 oz) Ready Pac® European-Style Spring Mix Salad
1 medium carrot, peeled and grated
1 medium raw red beet, peeled and grated
1 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
8 Tablespoons of Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light Dressing fresh dill sprigs, chopped


Preparation
Prep Time: 30 min.

In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, then rinse briefly under cold water. Drain. Place fish in a baking dish with water and wine, cover tightly and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees or microwave approximately 10 minutes until opaque in thickest part. Cool; then flake. Meanwhile, grate vegetables and chop dill. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, carrots, beets, cucumbers and tomatoes. Divide Ready Pac® European-Style Spring Mix Salad on 4 large plates. Divide 1/4 of the pasta and vegetables on each plate topped with 1/4 of flaked tuna. Dress with 2 tablespoons of light ranch dressing.
