I baked 5-6 chicken thighs that was marinated in 1/2 lemon juice and 1/2 avocado oil with smashed garlic and thyme, but you could use a deli roasted chick as well. Then~~

lightly chop, toss into bowl.

add 1/3rd bag rinced spinach, chopped

add 2 6oz. marinated artichokes, lightly drained and chopped.

2-3T mayo or Mir. Whip and crush 1-2 cloves garlic

s/p to taste.
