Sandwich

1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn in small pieces
1 green onion, sliced
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
4 black pitted olives, sliced
2 medium whole wheat pita breads
creamy garlic dressing
2 servings
Combine lettuce, onion, tomatoes, feta cheese and olives.
Cut each pita in half.
Stuff each half with salad.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad to moisten.
