¾ lb ground turkey or chicken
¼ cup chopped fresh basil or 1 Tbsp dried
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 large jalapeno chili, chopped
1 tsp sugar (substitute if you must)
1 tsp garlic chili sauce or hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
1 Tbsp oriental sesame oil or vegetable oil (you can use PAM)
Boston lettuce leaves
Chopped green onions
Roasted peanuts
Six 6-inch tortillas (optional - non-WLS like to have 'em!)

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl and stir to blend well
(can be prepared 1 day ahead; cover and refrigerate).
2. Heat sesame oil in heavy medium skillet over high heat. Add turkey
mixture and sauté until turkey is just cooked through, breaking up
clumps with back of spoon, about 4 minutes.
3. Arrange lettuce around edges on a plate/platter; transfer turkey mixture to platter, in the center of the lettuce. Serve with onions, peanuts as toppings.
