Recipe Feeder
1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
8 slices rye or wheat bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
1-2 onions sliced and separated into rings
3 tablespoons Zesty Italian dressing

Heat 1 tablespoon of the Italian dressing in large nonstick skillet(I had to use more)Add onions, cook on med-high heat 10 minutes or until onions are caramelized and tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet. Add patties cook on med-high heat 5 minutes. on each side or until done.
Brush one side of bread slices with remaining Italian dressing(Here again, I had to use more) Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place 4 bread slices dressing side down, on baking sheet; top with Swiss cheese, onions and hamburger patties. Cover with remaining Bread slices, dressing side up. Bake 20 minutes; turning sandwiches after 10 minutes.
