20 pounds Garlic and Peppercorn Pork Loin (recipe variation of Jeweled Pork Loin)
Southwest Peach Salsa (recipe variation of Fruit Salsa)
50 Kaiser bun
Servings: 50
1. Prepare pork loin according to recipe. Chill. Slice thinly.

2. To serve, place open bun on plate. Portion on bottom half of bun, 4 oz thinly sliced pork garnished on top with 2 oz salsa.
