1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
1 cup whipping cream
Pepper to taste

Bring water to a boil, add salt and broccoli and steam, drain water and add butter and saute broccoli. Mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp. water, stir into broccoli. Add cream, stir until thickened.

Serve with linguine or spinach spaghetti.
Sprinkle with small slices of tomatoes and grated cheddar cheese.
Mix with pasta and sauce so cheese melts.
