Sauce for pasta

3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 med onion, chopped
1 med green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 cups bite-sized chunks cooked turkey (or chicken)
1 can tomato soup
4 servings
In a 3 qt. microwave-safe casserole, combine mushrooms, onion, green pepper and butter.
Cover.
Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Stir in turkey and soup.
Cover.
Microwave on MEDIUM for 4 minutes, stirring once.
Let stand, covered 2 minutes.
Serve over cooked linguine.
