A great big HELLO to all here in this great site! I am looking forward to lots of chats about food and food shows. I love cooking shows. Chef Gordon Ramsey is my absolute favorite! He's so dreamy!

I've just gotten into cooking, so I'll be sticking to easy recipes as much as I can. I don't want to venture into the complicated stuff right away.
