2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup milk
4 slices bread, torn into pieces
2 cans (16 oz each) red salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Mix butter, milk, bread; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 - qt casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350F.
