4 ea Salmon Steaks
1/4 t Garlic powder
1 T Butter
4 ea Lemon slices
1 t Soy sauce

In a large non-stick skillet, melt margarine and add soy sauce and
garlic powder. Add salmon and cook 4-5 minutes. Turn and continue to
cook 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon
slices.
