Recipe Feeder
( Serves 6 to 8 )

1 small head green cabbage
1 small head red cabbage
4 carrots
1 medium yellow onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
2 teaspoons apple-cider vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Kosher salt

Cut cabbages into quarters and remove cores. Peel the carrots and onion,
then slice them so they fit into a feed tube of a food processor.
Grate, using the large-hole grater attachment.

Gently toss the vegetables to combine in a large bowl.

In a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, black and cayenne
peppers and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Toss the dressing with the grated
vegetables, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bowl the plastic
wrap, and chill at least two hours before serving.
