5 oz. sliced prosciutto ham
6 oz. fresh mozzarella
2 med. size red bell pepper (commercial roasted red pepper is okay)
24 tartlet shells
If you do not use commercial roasted red peppers, you may slice the red bell peppers and coat the pieces with olive oil. Place on charcoal grill until
slightly blackened. When finished, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Slice mozzarella into 1/2 inch pieces.
Place 1 piece of prosciutto, one piece mozzarella and one piece of roasted red pepper into tartlet shell.
Serve at room temperature.
