Recipe Feeder
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
1 cup ripe diced Roma tomatoes
1 rounded tablespoon fresh sliced basil
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt OR salt to taste
1 1/2 cups homemade chunky tomato sauce
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 (5.2 oz.) wheel Boursin cheese
1 tablespoon basil pesto

Heat a skillet and melt butter with minced garlic.

Add diced tomatoes and sliced fresh basil. Saute until tomatoes have softened. Add tomato sauce, seasoned salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste and bring sauce to a simmer.

Pour sauce into an ovenproof dish or casserole.

Place whole wheel of boursin cheese in center of dish or casserole. Spoon basil pesto onto cheese.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until hot throughout and cheese feels soft to touch when pressed with a finger, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Serve with herbed Crostini toasts or sliced crusty Italian bread
