Recipe from Skippers Dock
restaurant, Stonington, CT.

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/3 cup honey
2 or 3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp shallots
1 cup salad oil
1 tbsp poppy seeds

Blend sugar, mustard, paprika,
salt and vinegar until sugar is
completely dissolved.
Mix in honey, lemon, shallots
and poppy seeds,
Gradually whip in oil.
Chill and serve.
