2 pounds smoked halibut
1 cup butter
1 clove garlic, whole
1 pinch onion salt
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1 pinch ground oregano
Servings: 4
1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add whole garlic, seasonings and herbs. Remove from heat and let steep for an hour.

2. Place halibut in baking dish. Discard garlic and pour herb butter over fish. Warm up in microwave or oven at 350º for 15 minutes.
