Recipe Feeder
1 pound Lamb, Diced
1 Onion, Chopped
1 stick Cinnamon
6 Cardamoms
6 Cloves
1½ teaspoon Garlic, Chopped
2 teaspoon Ginger, Chopped
1 pinch Turmeric
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
2 tablespoon Butter

Grind cloves, cinnamon and cardamom to powder. Heat butter and fry onion until brown. Add ginger, garlic, turmeric and spices. Stir together 1 minute. Put in meat and mix well. Cover and turn down heat to low . Cook 30 minutes without adding any water. When done, add tomatoes and salt to taste, cover and cook a little longer. Serve over rice.
