Recipe Feeder
½ cup Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
1 pound Beef, Ground
4 ounce Pork, Ground
2 cup Plum Tomatoes
½ cup Tomato Paste
½ cup Beef Stock
1½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 Bayleaf
½ cup Mushrooms, Sliced
1 teaspoon Basil, Dried
4 tablespoon Parmesan

Heat olive oil in a medium sized pot. Add garlic, meat, tomatoes, tomato paste, stock, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Simmer uncovered at least one hour. Add mushrooms during the last 15 minutes. Season with basil and or oregano and serve over pasta. Grate parmesan cheese over each serving.
