4 cup Beans, Red
4 Green Onions, Sliced (thinly)
½ Red Pepper, Chopped
1/3 cup Parsley, Fresh Chopped
¼ teaspoon Cayenne
1 dash Tabasco
½ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

In a food processor or blender, combine cooked and drained beans, onions, red pepper, parsley, cayenne, tabasco, thyme, and garlic powder. Process until smooth. Flour your hands and shape the bean puree into 12 patties. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side.

If you want additional texture, chop the beans instead. Treat the patties like burgers; serve them with buns with onion rings, lettuce and tomato slices with ketchup or mustard.
